Our Vanagon, being a 1981 was born an "air-cooled". So, it didn't come with all this water pipes and stuff.
But, I guess Volkswagen was already planning on making them water-cooled soon. Because they all were made with the capability to convert fairly easy.
I had to add a radiator and all the coolant pipes from the engine to the radiator and back to the engine.
Got the new front wheels and tires put on... Starting to take shape.
